It is so easy to get to work, answer a few emails, check out your Facebook or Instagram feed, answer the 10 texts that came through, check out the notification you just got on Linkedin, and the next thing you know an hour or two has gone by and you haven’t accomplished anything! Then your meetings start, phone calls come in, an employee has an issue you have to deal with, you barely get your lunch scarfed down and it’s time to leave to pick up your kids to get them to practice. This was my life for so long and it felt like a constant cycle of being behind. Behind on my work, behind on personal development, behind on the latest home project and the list goes on and on.
