One
of my favorite podcasts to listen to is Craig Groeschel’s
Leadership Podcast. Craig Groeschel is the lead pastor and founder
of one of the fastest growing churches in the world, Life Church.
Even if you aren’t religious, Craig Groeschel is incredible and he
has a great podcast with amazing business leadership tips. I
listened to the episode today where Pastor Craig interviews Michael
Todd, the lead pastor of Transformation Church. Michael Todd has an
amazing story of going from the "sound guy" to the lead pastor in
only four years of a mega church that is seeing incredible
growth!
Here
was my favorite quote from Pastor Michael Todd when asked how he
has moved up and exploded so quickly:
"Every title I had, they had to make up a name for me
because I was doing something that no one had ever done
there."
Hmmm,
it seems obvious to do more than expected on the job but it rarely
